Pigeon’s, and Oobleck, and Research…Oh My!

Our littlest ones enjoyed a reading of Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus, followed by Don’t Let the Pigeon Stay Up Late. Then we did a little drawing lesson and WOW what amazing results!

First and second grade got a little bit more messy. We read Bartholomew and the Oobleck. Can you guess what happened next?

Matter experiments with Oobleck! (Next time, we’ll use the art room!)

I continued reading the DCF books Escape From Mr. Lemoncello’s Library to the third and fourth grades and The Mouse with the Question mark Tail to the fifth and sixth grade.

They also worked on researching answers to questions they had formulated about a subject they were interested in or curious about.
